BREAK THE BARRIER MUSIC MINISTRIES
“Music as a missionary to the hopeless, broken, & impoverished.”
God has been putting this heavily on my heart to turn my music into a missionary or better yet become missionary who uses music as a tool to reach out to others. For too long the music industry has created stars instead of world changers. Much of the music today does not make a positive difference in the lives of those in need. Successful artists can fall into the trap of self aggrandizing. My desire is to take my music and use it to help leading the way to a change of mindset for musicians. Music that reaches out to those in need to make music count for more that just makeing someone a star. Music that serves the needs of others.
I am creating Break the Barrier Music Ministries. I will be going on missions trips to countries over seas, helping orphans as I have already began partnering with His Little Feet, outreach to inner city (Nashville Rescue Mission), going to disaster stricken areas such as Joplin again I have also established relationships with Hope Force International that send bands in to these areas. I will take my music ministry into these areas while also physically getting my hands, feet, and clothes dirty breaking the barriers down created by natural disaster, fatherlessness, & poverty where people are suffering everyday.
Please help me establish my 501c3 ministry status. I am partnering with a ministry established for over 30yrs ACT Artists in Christian Testimony based in Brentwood Tn. Break the Barrier Music Ministries will become a nonprofit under their organization which drastically reduces the cost associated with becoming a non profit on my own. My initial administrative fee is $500.00 Once this is done there is no additional cost. I will go through their orientation program and be able to start establishing relationships with those who believe in and support financially what God has called me to do in ministry.
